The handheld option is typically your go-to when you want a flexible and battery powered unit.  Whether you are on foot or want to use the cigarette cord, these units are the most flexible out there for multiple uses.  However, it can be difficult to work out just how to connect these to your vehicle and the available antenna options for the best signal.
