- Purchase a new Harrison FCC October 4–November 30, 2026.
- Complete and sign the official coupon. Include an original or photocopy of your dated receipt, including the radio’s serial number.
- Mail your request to PROMOTIONS, President Electronics USA, 1007 Collier Center Way, Naples, FL 34110. It must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Keep copies of all submitted materials.

This combo combines the President Harrison FCC AM/FM CB radio with the existing Hustler IC56 102-inch whip installation kit. The kit includes standard mounting hardware, a barrel spring, 18-foot RG8X coax and a tie-down for a full-length mobile antenna setup.

Plan for the complete installed height
The 102-inch measurement is the whip length, not the total installed height. Allow for the mount and spring, confirm overhead clearance and use a mounting location that can support the assembly. Check grounding and SWR with the whip in its normal operating position before transmitting.
Standard kit contents
The antenna kit includes the stainless-steel whip, aluminum bracket and stud, barrel spring, 18-foot RG8X coax with PL-259 ends, and tie-down. It does not use the Driver Extreme mount or M213 coax included in the other 102-inch Harrison package.
Radio capabilities
The Harrison FCC provides 40-channel AM/FM operation, nominal 12/24V compatibility, weather reception and alert, FM CTCSS/DCS selective squelch, adjustable noise reduction, a built-in SWR meter and front USB charging. The included President microphone uses a six-pin connection. SSB is not included.
Use CTCSS/DCS only in FM and match the code settings for your group. These settings filter received audio; they do not create a private or encrypted channel.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the standard 102-inch whip combo?
The Harrison FCC radio with its included microphone, plus the existing Hustler antenna installation kit: IC56 102-inch stainless-steel whip, 18-foot RG8X coax, aluminum mounting bracket and stud, barrel spring and tie-down.
How is this different from the Driver Extreme whip combo?
This package uses the standard antenna installation kit with RG8X coax and a tie-down. The Driver Extreme version uses the DRX-3402 mirror mount and DRX-1518 M213 coax with a separately listed barrel spring.
Is 102 inches the complete installed height?
No. It is the whip length. Add the mount and spring to determine the installed height and verify overhead clearance on your vehicle.
Can I transmit with the whip tied down?
Use the tie-down for securing the antenna when appropriate for clearance or storage. Release it into its normal operating position and check the antenna installation before transmitting.
Does the radio automatically tune this whip?
No. Its built-in SWR readout and calibration mode help you check the antenna system, but grounding and antenna adjustment remain installation tasks.
Does this radio have SSB?
No. Harrison FCC operates in AM and FM on 40 CB channels; USB and LSB are not included.
Do CTCSS/DCS codes make the channel private?
No. They provide selective squelch in FM mode, not encryption. Use matching FM channel and code settings for your group, and remember that other listeners can still hear compatible transmissions.
Is the radio microphone included?
Yes. The Harrison FCC includes its President electret UP/DOWN microphone. It uses a six-pin President connection, not a standard four-pin Cobra-style socket.
