- Purchase a new Harrison FCC October 4–November 30, 2026.
- Complete and sign the official coupon. Include an original or photocopy of your dated receipt, including the radio’s serial number.
- Mail your request to PROMOTIONS, President Electronics USA, 1007 Collier Center Way, Naples, FL 34110. It must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Keep copies of all submitted materials.

This package pairs the President Harrison FCC AM/FM CB radio with a President Virginia magnetic antenna and an Aries three-inch external speaker. It suits a mobile installation where a suitable metal antenna-mounting surface is available and you want receive audio positioned separately from the radio.

Magnetic mounting and speaker placement
The Virginia antenna is approximately 19.69 inches long and includes a magnetic base with a coax lead of approximately 12 feet. Confirm that the mounting surface is suitable ferrous metal, that the cable reaches the radio safely and that the antenna has adequate clearance. Check SWR on the actual vehicle after installation.
Place the Aries speaker where it can be heard comfortably, secure its bracket and connect it to the Harrison’s external receive-speaker jack. The PA jack is a separate connection.
President antenna warranty program
President advertises its 2+3 radio-warranty program when a President radio is purchased with an external President antenna. This package pairs those two product types; follow President’s current program terms.
Radio capabilities
The Harrison FCC provides 40-channel AM/FM operation, nominal 12/24V compatibility, weather reception and alert, FM CTCSS/DCS selective squelch, adjustable noise reduction, a built-in SWR meter and front USB charging. The included President microphone uses a six-pin connection. SSB is not included.
Use CTCSS/DCS only in FM and match the code settings for your group. These settings filter received audio; they do not create a private or encrypted channel.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the Virginia combo?
The Harrison FCC radio and its included microphone, a President Virginia magnetic-mount antenna with its supplied coax, and an Aries three-inch wedge external speaker with mounting hardware.
What kind of vehicle surface does the magnetic antenna need?
Use a suitable flat ferrous-metal mounting surface with adequate antenna clearance. A magnetic base will not attach directly to aluminum, fiberglass or glass; check both mechanical fit and antenna performance on the actual vehicle.
Do I need another coax cable or an antenna mount?
The Virginia antenna includes its magnetic base and approximately 12-foot coax lead. Check that the supplied cable reaches the radio without pinching or straining it.
Does a pre-tuned antenna still need an SWR check?
Yes. Check SWR after installation on the actual vehicle. A factory pre-tuned description is not a guarantee of the finished installation’s SWR.
Where does the Aries speaker connect?
Connect it to the Harrison’s external receive-speaker jack, not the separate PA speaker jack.
Does this radio have SSB?
No. Harrison FCC operates in AM and FM on 40 CB channels; USB and LSB are not included.
Do CTCSS/DCS codes make the channel private?
No. They provide selective squelch in FM mode, not encryption. Use matching FM channel and code settings for your group, and remember that other listeners can still hear compatible transmissions.
Is the radio microphone included?
Yes. The Harrison FCC includes its President electret UP/DOWN microphone. It uses a six-pin President connection, not a standard four-pin Cobra-style socket.
