Texas Ranger TRE292 40 Channel CB Radio
The Texas Ranger TRE292 40 channel CB radio has a compact chassis, similar in size to the Cobra 29, and should fit into most vehicle cubbies that are at least 7.25 inches wide. A black face plate and white lights, which illuminate the panel meter and channel display, give the radio a sleek, classic appearance. Adjust the brightness of the lights with a dim switch that can be set to high, medium or low. The radio has a multi-purpose front panel meter that allows you to monitor signal strength and RF output during transmission, or switch over to SWR to check your antenna system. The accompanying S/RF and SWR switch lets you change between the two functions with ease. The Texas Ranger TRE292 comes complete with Ranger's top of the range SRA198 noise canceling microphone, mounting bracket and installation kit.
