Current replacement: Bearcat 880FM
CB Radio Supply recommends the Bearcat 880FM as the current AM/FM replacement. It offers 40-channel AM/FM CB operation, NOAA weather reception, a seven-color display, and a built-in SWR meter.
Check the replacement radio's dimensions, bracket, wiring, and microphone connections before installation. Use the 880FM's included hardware and microphone; do not assume every accessory or mounting arrangement transfers unchanged.
