The Wilson 5000 Magnetic CB Antenna is an all-in-one package. It includes a magnet mount which won’t fall off your vehicle, and 17 feet of coax cable with a removable PL-259. Overall, this CB Radio antenna is tops in its class range.
This base-loaded magnet mount antenna is designed to not only work with high-wattage equipment. It is also constructed to be used in extreme weather conditions like winter icing. And, the Wilson 5000 Magnetic CB Antenna is powerful. It has been rated to handle 5000 watts in the AM band and 20,000 in the Single Sideband (SSB). In summary, it is an amazing transmission and receiving tool.
We have upgraded this antenna with the high performance Wilson 36 inch center loaded replacement whip. This is an excellent whip designed by Wilson to bring the total height of the antenna down. This reduces shipping costs and frequent whip strikes by branches, drive thrus and other additional road hazards. This listing does not include the 62.5 inch whip that is normally included with this item from the factory.
