Add a wired microphone with adjustable transmit-noise reduction to the compact Bill III FCC. This two-product package includes the radio, its factory microphone and a separate President DIGIMIKE for drivers who already have a suitable antenna installation.

A compatible six-pin microphone
The DIGIMIKE connects to the Bill III's front President six-pin socket. Select the radio's electret microphone setting. A standard four-pin Cobra-style microphone is not a direct replacement.
Choose the noise reduction that suits your cab
DIGIMIKE provides five transmit-noise-reduction levels and UP/DOWN controls. The Bill III also has its own transmit and receive NRC controls. Adjust the settings while checking voice clarity with another operator rather than assuming every filter should be at its maximum.
Radio features and power
The Bill III provides 40-channel AM/FM, 4W rated carrier output, NOAA weather alerts, ASC, transmit/receive NRC and a seven-color display. Its chassis measures 4.02 inches wide, 3.94 inches deep and 0.98 inches high. Use a nominal 12V supply, specified at 13.8V DC; a 24V installation needs a suitable converter.
An antenna and antenna coax are not included. Use a suitable installed CB antenna system and check SWR with an external meter and jumper before normal operation.

Does the radio still include its factory microphone?
Yes. The original President electret microphone remains with the radio. Any additional microphone listed in this package is an extra, with one microphone connected at a time.
Can the Bill III run directly from 24V?
No. Use a suitable nominal 12V supply, specified at 13.8V DC. A 24V electrical system requires an appropriate 24-to-12V converter.
