Texas Ranger TRE Top One AM/SSB CB Radio,DRX-9010 External Speaker, DRX-6560 4 Pin Noise Cancelling Dynamic Microphone, Combo
Texas Ranger TRE Top One + DRX-9010 Speaker + DRX-6560 Microphone — AM/SSB Audio Upgrade Combo
The Texas Ranger TRE Top One AM/SSB CB radio paired with two audio upgrades that transform how it sounds in a running cab: the DRX-9010 Driver Extreme premium external speaker for louder, clearer receive audio, and the DRX-6560 4-pin noise-cancelling dynamic microphone for a heavier feel and cleaner outbound modulation than the bundled SRA198.
This is the audio-first bundle for drivers who spend the day inside a Class 8 sleeper, a diesel pickup, or any cab where road, wind, and engine noise fight the built-in speaker and stock microphone. The radio's own audio stage runs 2.5 W of clean output — the DRX-9010 turns that into 15 W of usable cab-filling audio, and the DRX-6560 keeps voice tight even at highway speeds.

Why the audio upgrade matters on the Top One
The Top One's internal speaker is a good compact driver, but it sits inside a 2.25″-tall chassis pointed down at the passenger footwell. In a Class 8 sleeper or a diesel pickup at highway speed, that combination fights road noise for every syllable. The DRX-9010 pulls audio out of the dash into a location you actually hear — pointed at your ear, with a wider frequency response and roughly six times the input power handling. The receive-audio improvement is the single biggest upgrade most drivers make to a mobile CB install.
On the transmit side, the SRA198 that ships with the Top One is a competent stock mic. The DRX-6560 is heavier in the hand, has a longer cord, and adds a diffuser that keeps consonants clean when you're keyed up in a moving cab. Both mics use the same 4-pin wiring, so swapping is plug-and-play — no soldering, no radio menu changes.
