Plan the Installation Before Mounting
Check the vehicle's mirror support, available mounting space and antenna clearance before ordering. This is not a vehicle-specific direct-fit kit, and a suitable ground connection at the antenna mounting location is important.
Route the coax away from pinch points, leave clearance around the radio's fans and rear connectors, and use a properly fused DC power connection. The RCI-X9 uses nominal 13.8 V DC; check and adjust antenna SWR on the intended operating frequencies after installation.
This combo contains one antenna and one coax cable, not a dual-antenna co-phase system. Additional vehicle-specific brackets or installation materials may be needed.
Radio and Audio Options
